On November 23, 2017 the round table was held in “Kaztemirtrans” JSC regarding issues on counteraction the corruption violations and significance of the policy of creation of anti-corruption culture in the Society.
The meeting has been held within the framework of the Plan of measures for implementing anti-corruption strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 approved by the decision of the Board of “NC “KTZ” JSC.
The President of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC marked that “Kaztemirtrans” JSC, as the large owner of car fleet of RK, is the subject of quasi-state sector. Accordingly, providing consignors with the rolling-stock including organization of car repair, carrying out procurement of goods and services is checked by Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC, the sole shareholder.
- The Company supports united anti-corruption policy of “NC “KTZ” JSC. So, all the measures, provided by the law, to maintain law regarding consideration of applications of legal and natural persons including workers of the Company, to prevent restriction of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, are undertaken in “Kaztemirtrans” JSC. Besides, the Instruction for consideration of applications of legal and natural persons includes the norm about protection of persons, applied with complaints, whereby persecution of them and members of their family in connection with submission of complaints against officials or protection of their rights is not allowed, - Kairat Abenovich said.
He also emphasized that information about activities of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC was placed on the corporate site and it’s transparent for the Company.
Maksim Baranov, the invited officer of cases of particular importance of the National Bureau against Corruption, told about the activities of his authority and noted that Anti-corruption Strategy of our country focuses on removal prerequisites of corruption, not fight with its consequences.
Maksim Baranov answered the questions of participants of the round table and passed booklets with information about anti-corruption activity.
