“Kaztemirtrans” JSC held a meeting regarding the discussion of final performance indicators of each structural unit for the first quarter of 2019, aimed at achieving strategic goals of the company.

Discussion of issues was held in a new format: the team, interaction of departments, and implementation of the strategy and projects of the company.

So special attention was paid to the introduction of corporate culture standards, improvement and creation of comfortable conditions for employees.

The second important aspect of the discussion was the issue of coherence in the work and interaction of structural units during the performance of assigned tasks.

And the third one on the agenda of the meeting was the progress of the implementation of the strategy and projects of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC.

The heads and representatives of the departments of the company were heard at the meeting on the implementation of the final performance indicators for the first quarter of 2019.

Dauren Bimov, the Acting General Director of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC noted in his speech, that the strategic goal of the company - to become a leader in the market of operations - can be achieved through the provision of customer-oriented services, ensuring profitability and yield of the company. It is necessary for it to introduce the following projects in “Kaztemirtrans” JSC. This is an increase in revenue per wagon per day, automation of business processes using advanced it-systems, increase of the share of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC in the market of wagon operators, and introduction of higher service standards with the establishment of such indicator as CSI - customer satisfaction index.

There are plans to improve the technical condition of the car fleet by reducing terms and cost of repairing cars, improving the quality of repairs.
